Strips is a camera app. We built it to collect as little as humanly possible, because the best privacy policy is not having your data in the first place.
Photos you take with Strips are stored only on your device. We never upload them, never store them on a server, and never have access to them or to your camera. When you save a shot, it goes to your own Photos library. That's between you and your phone.
Strips has no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personal information.
Strips Pro is an optional subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment details. To manage entitlements and restore purchases, we use RevenueCat, our subscription provider. RevenueCat associates your purchase status with a random, anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or identity. We use it solely to unlock Pro features and to let you restore purchases. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
Strips does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not include third-party advertising trackers.
Strips is rated 4+ and does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app removes all of its data. Photos you already saved stay in your Photos library unless you delete them yourself.
If we ever change how Strips handles data, we'll update this page and the date above.
